JNLED has recently equipped the sizeable Asia Head Quarters of one of our customers in Hong Kong, with 18W one-end LED tubes with LED starter. Prior to placing the bulk order, we enabled our customer to use a number of LED tubes. For this large project we installed a number of LED tubes as a trial. By giving our customer the chance to compare the light and appearance of our products, customer did not have to decide in a rush.
Besides, we provided our customer with extensive savings calculations, in which we showed specified calculations of both the existing lighting (36W tubes) and the LED equivalent. Electricity in Hong Kong is cheaper than in other areas, nevertheless our customer will be saving >100.000 HKD or approx. 13000 USD during the office lease period of 3 years! Further savings (on replacements which do not have to take place, very little maintanance costs apply).
For this specific application we used one-end LED tubes with LED starter and kept using the existing aluminium reflectors. Not only did this make the replacement easier, this also helped customer save a lot of money since we did not need to buy many hundreds of aluminium reflectors.
The monthly electricity fees of customer have already gone down dramatically and they’re very, very pleased with our products!
